Moulder — Stevens County

Join our team: we are hiring a moulder in Stevens County, Kansas. Day to day you will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
