Industrial sewing operator — Miller County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Miller County, Arkansas. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. Day to day you will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
