Panel welder wanted in Leflore County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in Leflore County, Mississippi. The job is on a structural steel site. Day-to-day duties: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Willing to work shifts and overtime A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
