Safety marshal — Trigg County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Trigg County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Day to day you will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift.
