Slinger signaller — Grayson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Grayson County, Texas. You will work at a power plant. Your main tasks: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
