Butcher — Knowsley

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Knowsley, England. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer £3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
