Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Taylor County, Iowa. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
