Dozer operator wanted in Clarke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dozer operator in Clarke County, Iowa. The job is on a dam or embankment job. Day-to-day duties: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank You should have: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
