Powder coating line operator • Lee County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Lee County, Alabama. You will work at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
