Backhoe loader operator — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Madison County, Texas. The job is on an earthmoving and excavation site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
