Great opportunity: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. The job is in a toolroom. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T The role involves read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
