CNC machine operator wanted in Calumet County

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Calumet County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Rotating shifts.
