Gantry crane operator — Lawrence County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Lawrence County, Illinois. The role involves climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
