Cake decorator — Northwest Arctic Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Northwest Arctic Borough, Alaska. The job is in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
