Horizontal milling machine operator — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Washington County, Wisconsin. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Part-time with flexible hours.
