Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Terrell County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid What we are looking for: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
