Precision welder • Tarrant County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a precision welder in Tarrant County, Texas. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. On a typical shift you will set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. What we are looking for: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection 1+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
