Scullery hand — Rutland County

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Rutland County, Vermont. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Meals and transport allowance provided.
