Dish pit attendant — Deaf Smith County

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Deaf Smith County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
