Immediate opening: paint booth operator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Burleson County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time, day shift. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
