Vacancy available: we are hiring a café server in Bedford County, Tennessee. The job is at a beach resort. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers Full-time, day shift.
