Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tyre technician in Kwaya Kusar, Borno State. You will be based in a fast-fit workshop. Your main tasks: • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench You should have: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers Rotating shifts.
