Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Penobscot County, Maine. The role involves match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
