Aluminium tig welder • Donley County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Donley County, Texas. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. On the job you will handle: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
