Roofing labourer • Darke County, Ohio

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Darke County, Ohio. You will be based at a roofing and cladding contractor. On a typical shift you will fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; insulate and ventilate the roof void; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Full-time with occasional weekends.
