Panel painter — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel painter in Washington County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE The role involves: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
