Offshore rigger — Fleming County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Fleming County, Kentucky. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness On a typical shift you will set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear.
