Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in King and Queen County, Virginia. Requirements: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Your main tasks: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
