Rigging foreman — Bayfield County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Bayfield County, Wisconsin. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. The role involves rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. Requirements: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness 3+ years on the tools preferred.
