Bar waiter — Okobo

Now hiring: we are hiring a bar waiter in Okobo, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Full-time, day shift.
