Short order cook — Effingham County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Effingham County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 1+ years on the tools preferred.
