Panel beater wanted in Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel beater in Washington County, Missouri. The job is in an insurance-approved repair centre. The role involves: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes 4+ years on the tools preferred. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
