Glazing assistant — Sanborn County

Now hiring: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Sanborn County, South Dakota. You will work at a glass and aluminium factory. The role involves: • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Able to cut glass accurately to size 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
