Waiter — Montrose County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Montrose County, Colorado. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day to day you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
