Dish pit attendant wanted in Martin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Martin County, Florida. The job is at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 1+ years on the tools preferred.
