Mechanical press operator wanted in Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Union County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
