We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Asa, Kwara State. On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
