Immediate opening: pastry baker (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Wadena County, Minnesota. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
