Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
