Vacancy available: we are hiring a road roller operator in Twiggs County, Georgia. You will work at a plant hire yard. You will backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
