Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory On the job you will handle: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
