Visual inspection operator — Jay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Jay County, Indiana. The job is at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. Day-to-day duties: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data You should have: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
