General labourer wanted in Parke County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a general labourer in Parke County, Indiana. You will be based on a road and bridge project. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio On the job you will handle: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
