Scaffolding supervisor — Comanche County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Comanche County, Kansas. You will work at a shipyard. Day-to-day duties: • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out Requirements: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
