Brick and block layer wanted in Suffolk

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Suffolk, England. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding The role involves setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses. Part-time with flexible hours. £2,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
