EHS coordinator — Perry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Perry County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
