Immediate opening: we are hiring a beldar in Baldwin County, Georgia. The job is on a high-rise construction site. On the job you will handle: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer Requirements: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $210 per day plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
