In-process quality controller — Steele County

Join our team: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Steele County, Minnesota. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. You will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
