Join our team: we are hiring a pipe fitter in Marion County, Georgia. The job is at a busy plumbing and sanitary firm. On the job you will handle: • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves • Chase walls and floors for concealed pipework • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall You should have: • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
