Maintenance painter — Cass County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Cass County, Missouri. Requirements: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site On a typical shift you will measure up and work out paint and material quantities; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
